An Average day:
As the IT Operations Project Manager, you will lead IT operations for an experienced team supporting critical government infrastructure across multiple secure customer networks. You will manage Network Administration, System Administration, and Help Desk teams while serving as the primary operational interface with government customers. You will work closely with the Program Manager to drive operational excellence, own incident response and service delivery, and shape IT strategy in a mission-critical DoD environment. You will have autonomy with direct decision-making authority for operational approvals, emergency response, and resource management.
